Group Head Sommelier Kelvin McCabe has expertly selected the wine and sake offering to complement Adam’s dishes, with an eclectic selection of wine from every corner of the winemaking world. The restaurant also offers a cocktail-paired and non-alcoholic paired menu, including inventive and sophisticated drinks designed by Group Bar Manager Tim Laferla, using every attention to detail that a chef would use when designing a plate of food.
The interior of the restaurant has been created by Offbeat Interiors, who have designed the restaurant to be relaxed and luxurious yet modern and contemporary, in accordance with Adam’s philosophy of providing fine-dining without the stuffy atmosphere. Complete with an open kitchen, the dining space, as well as the private dining room complete with its own kitchen, boasts a range of bespoke furnishing throughout giving it a completely unique feel.
Handling has injected stand-out art into his dining space, affirming his commitment to supporting young creatives. From JJ Adams to Courty, the walls of restaurant and bar are graced by a number of one-of-a-kind pieces commissioned specially by Adam for the restaurant. JJ Adams is fast becoming one of the UK’s most talked about artists, using a range of new and mixed media in his work which varies from spray paint and hand painting acrylics to screen printing, collage and digital matte painting, as well as photography.
